The investment area III. The town of Jastrzębie Zdrój 1. The Pole Bzie site Area: 20.8724 ha The site is located in the eastern part of the city of Jastrzębie Zdrój, area of Bzie Górne, close to "Fadom", an ex-manufacturer of houses. It is affected by the coal-mining exploitation run by Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ( coal mining company) - KWK 'Pniówek' and 'Zofiówka'. An access to the location from the main national road No. 933 Jastrzębie Zdrój - Pszczyna (Pszczyńska Street) via the minor road (Świerczewskiego Street). The main road is connected with No. 81 Katowice - Cieszyn road. The area has technical infrastructure (gas, water, sewage, electricity, telecommunication).  |
