There are 2 transformers on the site: one from the mine line for the power of 6MW, the other from the line of 20kV/0, 4kV for the power of 400 kVA. The condition of the 20kV power line does not restrict the required power. It is the matter of construction suitable transformers. |

| | 200 m away from the location along Powstańców Street there is a Ø200/6 atn water pipeline. This is the double line from Skrzyszów village district and the city of Jastrzębie Zdrój. The municipality guarantees the water connection to the border of the location. The industrial water is connected to the location via Ø200 pipeline. |

| | C. 200 m away from the location along Powstańców Street there is a medium-pressure Ø100/2.5 atn gas line. The municipality guarantees the gas connection to the border of the location |

| 4. | Sewage system |
| | The construction of the pumping system ( in the place of the natural drainage area) to the sewage system collecting sewage from the zone area. The pumping system will be connected to the existing one in Złote Łany (c. 3 km away) and with the Ruptawa sewage treatment plant c. 7 km away) |

| 6. | Road communication |
| | There is an access to the location from 1 Maja Street via Powstańców Street. The construction of a new external two-line road (1.3 km long) linking the zone directly with 1 Maja Street and suitable for heavy transportation (the design of the Katowice SEZ). The interest of the strategic investor will catalyze the construction of the road.
In long-term it might be possible to connect the new road with the planned A-1 motorway (c. 2.5 km away). |
