The investment area VI. The city of Rybnik 1. Kłokocin 24 ha plot within the city is managed by the Katowice SEZ. It is located in the Municipality of Rybnik, district of Kłokocin (area of Kłokocin and Boguszowice), the ownership of the State Treasury. The site borders on the Sand Railway in the east, on the industrial plant ( the company for rail transportation and stone management) in the south. The site is not developed ( no lightening, no fence). There are no buildings. There is a complete infrastructure (electricity, drinking water, sewage and drainage, telecommunication) on the premises of the neighboring company. The ?500 gas pipeline is 200 m away. 3 km away in Bogszowice there is a municipal waste dump. Komunikacja:
