The investment area I. The town of Żory 2. The Pole Wygoda site Total area: 26,9943 ha. The attractive location at the main road: Pszczyna-Żory-Rybnik-Racibórz (ul. Rybnicka) is. The planned northern pass-by of the city will be adjacent to the site. The ring-road will be connected with A-1 motorway. The site has a direct access to the railway siding. The site is free from any structure, with utilities. It is possible to rebuild the lines according to the required parameters. The new sewage and the pumping system will be built (the city of Żory has applied for PHARE funds to rebuild the infrastructure along Rybnicka Street).
